JOE GOODHUE

Born and raised in Detroit Michigan, Joe is no stranger to hard work. The son of a truck driver, he learned at a young age the value of a great work ethic. Joe has since dedicated his life to the service of others. Graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Eastern Michigan University has helped him excel in anticipating the needs of his clients and prepare him for his relocation to Los Angeles in 2014.

When Joe moved to the Westside, he thrived in the hospitality and fine dining industry, serving celebrities and LA’s elite prior to entering the real estate industry. As a certified negotiation expert, he ensures that his clients are represented at the highest level in every transaction. Along with his tenacious work ethics, Joe is constantly in communication with his clients going above and beyond his call of duty.

Joe specializes in the luxury residential real estate in Santa Monica, Venice, Brentwood, Beverly Hills, and Pacific Palisades. With over $100M in closed sales, his direct honest attentiveness to clients needs as well as his extensive local market knowledge gave him the advantage to provide optimal results especially to those who are new home buyers. He prides himself on always making himself available to his clients and quick response times.

When he is not working diligently on behalf of his clients, he’s mentoring other real estate agents and volunteers at OC Pom Rescue and Meals on Wheels Santa Monica. Joe resides in Santa Monica, on sunny days, you’ll find him exploring hidden trails with his girlfriend Jen and their rescue Pomeranians, Gubi and Benji, fueled by a latte from his favorite neighborhood spot, Caffe Luxxe.
